Which Workshop is right for me? |

If you are DACC DL Certified or have attended our WebCT
training workshop, you can attend Blackboard Fast-track:
This is a fast paced training session designed for DACC DL
Certified faculty to continue their certification (Only
opened to
DACC DL Certified Faculty).
If you are interested in DACC’s DL Certification, or you will
be teaching online courses, or want to utilize Blackboard to
augment your classes then our Blackboard Essentials is the
workshop for you.
Blackboard Essentials (DACC DL Certification): This is a two
day training session for faculty and staff. It is designed for
faculty and staff who are new to Blackboard and online
instruction. Participants will explore the Build, Teach, and
Student View tabs as they learn the key skills necessary to
begin design and manage a BBCE8 course. Participants will
also work with Goals, Grading Forms, Assessment,
assignments and the primary communications tools necessary
for a successful online course.

We have also incorporated the migration workshop into the
Blackboard Fast-track and Blackboard Essentials workshops.
Those of you who have registered for migration do not need
to take any action, we will have your migration sites setup
when you attend Blackboard Fast-track or Blackboard
Essentials workshops.

Can I attend blackboard training at NMSU?

Our Blackboard fast-track is an all day work shop.
NMSU workshops are segmented into four parts:
* Blackboard Overview
* Blackboard Course Migration
* Blackboard Basics I
* Blackboard Basics II
You would need to attend the four NMSU workshops to
continue with your DACC Distance Learning Certification.
